Purpose. To compare the long-term results of coronary stenting after the implantation of «Put Niy» and «Resolute Integrity» stents.

Materials and methods. Intravascular optical coherence tomography was performed after 3 months or later (in two cases, 8 and 10 days, respectively) after stent implantation. OCT assessed the condition of 63 implanted coronary stents in 41 patients. Among them, "Resolute Integrity" – 30 stents in 19 patients, "Put Niy" – 33 stents in 22 patients.

Results. Seven out of 30 “Resolute  Integrity” stents with a diameter of 2.5 to 4.0 mm (3.40 ± 0.52 mm) with a total length of 176.0 mm after 4.6 ± 1.5 months had areas of non-endothelialized strata for about 18.0 mm (10.2%). In one case, restenosis in the stent was 50%. In two cases, subacute stent thrombosis was observed on 8 and 10 days after surgery. Ten out of 33 “Put Niy” stents with a diameter of 2.75 to 4.0 mm (3.40±0.48 mm) with a total length of 206.0 mm after 4.2±1.3 months had areas of non-endothelialized strats for a total of 20.0 mm (9.7%). In two cases, malapposition of the stent was observed. In one case, restenosis in the stent was 50%.

Conclusion. According to optical coherence tomography data, the new Russian-made “PUT NIY” sirolimus drug-eluting stents do not statistically significantly differ in the degree of endothelialization up to 12 months after implantation from "Resolute Integrity", they are clinically effective and safe when used in patients with coronary artery disease.
