Purpose. To clarify the semiotics of contrast-enhanced ultrasound investigation of cervical angioma as a part of radiological diagnosis. Materials and Methods. We summarized literature data and added own observation of multiparametric radiology and morphological research of neck congenital vascular malformation, with clinical simulation of an oncological disease. Results. We describe radiological semiotics of the pathology; mention benefits and limitations of methods involved in differential diagnosis of vascular malformation of the neck, including contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) investigation. Final diagnosis is verified by post-surgery morphological investigation. Conclusion. This clinical case has broadened the semiotics of such rare pathology as congenital vascular malformation of the neck in terms of radiology.
