Dear colleagues!

130 years ago, on November 8, 1895, Wilhelm Conrad Röntgen made a discovery that transformed medicine. Today we celebrate worldwide Radiologist's Day! Our profession is unique, serving as a bridge between all clinical specialties, combining cutting-edge technology, art and science. Modern radiology is developing rapidly. Digitalization, artificial intelligence and hybrid technologies are fundamentally changing our profession, opening new horizons in the diagnostics, treatment and diseases follow up. In this flood of innovation, the role of a platform for open dialogue, critical analysis of new data and the exchange of proven clinical experience is more important than ever. On this important day for our specialty, we are pleased to present the 3rd issue of the Russian Electronic Journal of Radiology (Vol. 15, No. 3, 2025). As always, we made our best to prepare an issue in which every reader will find interesting and useful materials – original articles, scientific reviews and clinical cases. We are very pleased to note that this issue includes articles from our colleagues from many cities – Kazan, Krasnodar, Moscow, Novosibirsk, Saint Petersburg, Tomsk…, as well as other countries– Azerbaijan, Vietnam, India, Iraq and Mexico. The Russian Electronic Journal of Radiology has become a platform for international professional communication, where leading scientists and physicians share their experiences and present their promising scientific developments. Happy holidays, friends!
