Materials and methods. The patient of 36 years who for the first time arrived in 2012 with complaints to atraumatic fracture of a neck of the right femur is repeatedly examined. The woman was held osteodensitometry on dual-energy densitometer. The tests were performed in 2012 to assess the correctness of the therapy. In 2016, the patient asked for another examination to determine the dynamic changes of bone mineral density. The study included a complex of ra-diological methods of diagnostics, such as osteodensitometry on the densitometer and dual ener-gy quantitative computed tomography (CCP) on multislice computed tomography. Results. According osteodensitometry obtained on dual-energy bone densitometer in 2008 figure Z-criterion in the left thigh amounted to -1.7 standard deviations in the segments L2-L4 -2.0 standard deviations, in line with osteopenia. For 4 years therapy have seen positive state dynamics of mineral bone density: ratio of the Z-criterion in the left thigh is a-0.7 standard de-viations, in line with higher than expected values for this age group in the segments L2-L4 to -1.1 standard deviations, in line with the edge condition. In research in 2016 the Z-criterion was 0.1 standard deviations, which corresponded to normal levels. According to quantitative computed tomography (CCP) obtained on multidetector computed tomography, Z-criterion was -1,72 standard deviations, which was also in line with normal levels. The data obtained in traditional osteodensitometry, were different from the results obtained in the quantitative computer tomog-raphy, due to the difference in methods of cal-culation of mineral bone density, including in the assessment of bone volume. However trends of the obtained results are equal. Conclusions. Performance of a complex of hi-tech and high-informative methods of ra-diodiagnosis, such as ССР and osteodensitometry, allow quickly and with high precision to de-fine a state and the happened changes in structure of an osteal tissue of the patient. It allows pre-scribing or correcting a therapy course.
