Purpose. To create a checklist of patients undergoing computed tomography (CT) at the department of radiology at CMSU-71 in Ozyorsk to allow the epidemiological surveillance.	1 - Central Medical-Sanitary Unit №71. 2 - Southern Urals Biophysics Institute. Ozersk, Russia.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Materials and methods. The collation and verification of information about individ-uals who held a CT scan was performed using information from archival examination proto-cols of patients. The examination was performed on the stepper computer tomograph CT Max 640 and multislice (16-slices) computer tomograph Bright Speed Elite in the Department of radiology CMSU-71 from 2007 to 2016. The electronic database "Register CT" and statistical analysis of key parameters was used.
