| Purpose. The presented clinical case demonstrates the difficulties in the diagnosis of stress fractures in a patient after radiation therapy for cervical cancer. We present the advantages and disadvantages of various diagnostic methods in the diagnosis of stress fractures accord-ing to the literature, as well as the feasibility of the ACR recommendations. The presented clinical case demonstrates the value of SPECT/CT hybrid technology in diag-nosis of stress fractures. |
