Purpose. To demonstrate the technique and possibilities of perfusion computed tomography in assessing of the allografts state.

Materials and methods. The results of the 33 patients examination with various diseases of the urogenital area who underwent allograft transplantation are presented.

Results. In the studied group of patients, there were no significant differences in the indices of CT perfusion of allografts in comparison with blood flow values in the tissues of the thoracodorsal and radiation region of the autodonor during the preoperative period, which indicates satisfactory results of allograft survival in both the early and late postoperative period.

Conclusion. Dynamic perfusion CT is a more modern and sophisticated diagnostic method for assessing the status of grafts than three-phase computed tomography. The technique can be applied both to assess early changes in organ perfusion (ischemia, necrosis, hemorrhage), and to determine focal lesions of internal organs.
