To evaluate the informativeness of multiparametric ultrasound examination of the fetus and extraembryonic structures for predicting the course and outcome of pregnancy for the fetus.

Materials and methods. 218 pregnant women were examined. The examination included an assessment of the clinical and anamnestic data of the pregnant woman, ultrasound and Doppler methods for examining the fetus and extraembryonic structures. We used ultrasonic scanners VolusonS8, VolusonE8. In order to develop a method of differential diagnosis for the formation of risk groups for an adverse pregnancy outcome for the fetus, the method of step-by-step discriminant analysis was used. Pregnant women were divided into 4 clinical groups. The analysis revealed the most significant signs that can be used to discriminate patients by clinical groups.

Results. In the I clinical subgroup of pregnant women, the sum of points was a numerical value in the range of 0-0.9 usl. units in the clinical subgroup II – 1 – 3 CONV units, in the III clinical subgroup-the sum of points was 3.1 – 5.0 usl. units, in the IV clinical subgroup-5.1 – 7.0 usl. units in the III and IV clinical subgroups paid attention to the fact of the presence of a combination of pathological signs. In the III clinical subgroup, the combination of 2 signs occurred in 65% of cases, 3 signs-in 25% of pregnant women. In the IV clinical subgroup – a combination of 2 signs was determined in 82% of the subjects, 3 signs-in 65% of pregnant women.

Conclusion. Based on the determination of the diagnostic significance of the multiparametric study of the fetus and extraembryonic structures from 8 to 11 weeks of gestation, a diagnostic matrix was developed that allows predicting the outcome of pregnancy and childbirth for the fetus. Thus, a multiparametric study of the fetus and extraembryonic structures allows predicting the course and outcome of pregnancy for the fetus.
