RADIOLOGY IN DENTAL IMPLANTATION

The detailed review on dental implantation is presented including preoperative planning, intraoperative control and postoperative follow-up. Since successful outcome depends on the precise preparation for the surgical intervention, the range of radiological methods is described in the review as well as new methods and techniques of dental implantation. Advantages and limitations of different methods are presented with the summary of possible complications and their radiological appearance.
